One in a million I guess. Is you are in T-town. You will have to do a Corp or trust
So you have to register it in the county in which you live? I'm really doubting I will screw with all this. These are some of the stupidest laws ever written.

I think you're trying to convince yourself that the process is more difficult than it is.So you have to register it in the county in which you live? I'm really doubting I will screw with all this. These are some of the stupidest laws ever written.

It really is.It really is very easy.
Major or MAS can setup the trust for you. When I got mine done I had Major do all the paperwork and I just signed and filled out a few forms. Took about 10 minutes.I did some Googling but stopped when I got to the part about "so I bought Quicken Willmaker and set up a trust", etc. in disbelief.
I refuse to play this game. Thank you all though for answering my questions.
It's not so much of the process as it is the principle. I'm thinking that the founding fathers did not intend us to buy Quicken Willmaker, pay a bunch of extra money, and wait months to shorten a rifle barrel by an inch and a half. Not getting down on those that have completed this asinine process but it just isn't for me.
