U.S. Government Contends ‘Illegal Aliens’ Do Not Have Second Amendment Rights

Of course they don't have our constitutional rights, but that doesn't prevent them from owing a firearm illegally which is happening more and more.
Who are the fecking idiots that even have to debate this? Noncitizens. Not Americans. Not entitled to any of our fueking rights other than a lawyer.
I give two schits about this, they will get guns. What I wanna see is they have 0 rights.
The right to be deported.
Anyone on US soil (citizen or illegal) has some constitutional rights, such as the freedom of religion and speech, the right to due process and equal protection under the law, search & seizure, remain silent:all apply to both citizens and noncitizens. For example in Reno v Flores, Justice Antonin Scalia wrote "it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in deportation proceedings."
How do you sign someone "up to vote"? What the heck does that mean?
