Verifying on information about New Remington 870's ???

I was in Bass Pro for some reason looking at RETAIL priced guns and started talking with counterguy who told me that Remington was bought out again and they have REALLY started putting quality workmanship and parts back into their shotguns etc......

Does anyone know more about this and is it true ??

I believe The RoundHill Group LLC bought Remington Arms (the part that makes firearms) in 2020. I haven't heard anything about it being sold again since then. Their stated intention was to return the Remington brand back into the quality firearms it used to be known for, I haven't bought one since then so can't say how well they're doing.
