Two questions that I don't see answered are:
1. Is carrying a concealed weapon on school property prohibited in the state this happened?
2. Was she carrying a concealed weapon on school property?
If it is illegal to carry on school property AND she was carrying at the time, then I'd say that the Principal was correct.
If she was NOT carrying concealed, then the Principal was incorrect.
I don't get the question from the security guy of "Do you have a Concealed weapons permit?"
And I think it would be highly unlikely that a Criminal Trespass citation could be issued simply based on what is in the article.
There would be no basis for it.
