Looks like there is gonna be a lot of competition for sales this year. Walmart has just released its Black Friday ad via e-mail. In the past it wasn't released until just a day or 2 before the sale started so its competition didn't know what was in the ad. Sale items will be spread out over several days.

I noticed that SanDisk 16GB Ultra SDHC cards will be $9.88 from 10pm on 11/22- 11pm on 11/23.

The regular SanDisk 16GB SDHC cards will be $7.88.

A Swann home security DVR with 2 all weather night vision cameras & 500GB storage will be $80 off @ $199.

Savage model 320 12 ga $169 [$30 off]
Ruger American Rifle in .270 @ $339 [$20 off]

Lots of goodies to choose from.

Edit: Walmart.com has the Black Friday ad for all the stores. It is near the top of the main page, just click on the link marked 'Your Black Friday Ad Is Here'

Is that Savage 320 shotgun worht the $169? Or is it not worth the money? I was looking at a Remington 870 but those are twice the price.

The Savage is worth $169. It is a dependable no frills bargain basement priced shotgun that will get the job done. The Remington 870 is the top seller in pump shotguns. Biggest seller in the world by far. #1 shotgun used by LE agencies. Me, I have a 25 yr old Mossburg 500 with a 28" duck / goose barrel and a 18" riot barrel that has never let me down. Which is a in-between model.

I bought a base Canon printer (color, print, copy, scan) this week for $29+. Yeah, I know it can't be much, but I could buy two of these for what new print cartridges cost on my old HP, which quit on me. So far, so good. And, if it quits on me, I haven't lost much at all.
