Nice Porter!!! Looks like my kinda country I've not been much lately, geese everywhere though......ducks........you've either got them or you don't right now, need some more cold soon!

Awesome! No ducks for us today but saw more geese than we've seen all season.

Didn't have a single duck come in to the pond we were sitting over yesterday. Happened to swing by a mud puddle on the way out that had 50 birds on it though....they bailed when we were 40+ yards away

Lots of geese around, ducks are spotty. We managed five this morning.............but we could drive to the waters edge so it wasn't all bad. A successful hunt is one where you don't have to carry waterfowl gear

Amen to that! Lake that I hunt has been down a bit, so I can drive 4w between where the cattails start and the bank. Last week we got a bunch of rain and the lake came up several inches. My trip out Friday evening was a bit spooky driving out. Water came up nearly over the tires in a couple of spots, so looks like I am going to be walking in til the water drops back down. I'm ready for some freakin cold weather. Feel like I am hunting the same ducks every night and they are wising up to my game.

Got on then again this morning. It took a little longer, but we still managed an 8 man limit of Canadas with a bonus speck and snow.

I saw a bunch of sandhill crane today.

Numbers seem low around Norman from what I'm seeing. Not a lot of shooting this morning by 6+ groups I knew of.
