Looks like an old lead joint may be leaking there i know what i would do . while you have the rubber no hub pulled back re tighten and run some water may give a better idea.. good luck plumbing is always 3 trips at least.

Welp, I went to wipe the build up out and discovered the bottom of that pipe is rusted out pretty much all the way to the wall
