I'm thinking maybe a good quality pellet rifle.
Recently got myself one of those. More fun than I thought it would be. And a whole lot cheaper to shoot.

Not buying anymore ( I hope) trying to downsize. Need to get rid of 30 or 40 in the next few months.
I’ve really been wanting an fnx .45 but always end up with a long gun instead. maybe I’ll bite the bullet this time
Man, I feel for ya.I grew up shooting an old Winchester pump .22 that had a hexagon barrel. There is no telling how many thousand rounds I put through that gun. It was darn accurate and smooth as silk.
Unfortunately it was stolen along with all the other guns in my dad's collection when I was 15. At that time it was about $10,000 worth and a lot of sentimental value on a few of them.
Well damn, with an endorsement like that I kinda have to now! When you do, you will smack yourself for not getting one sooner!!
