What are Oklahoma law enforcement opinions on FOP support of gun control legislation?

I just read an article about Olympic Arms refusing to advertise in the FOP publication because of their support of the AWB, and the Clinton AWB, and most gun control legislation. I'd like to know what local officers, whether members or not, think of this issue.

I see that Skiatook chapter doesn't support the ban. What about Okc & Tulsa?

those NE guys really dont think the same way we southern and western guys do.
I was in the FOP for 20 years, the NE FOP officers really do stand with the rank and file.

Very interesting reading, especially by a couple of LE's. Thanks for being so articulate in expressing your views. I with more LE's would do that publicly and when they vote for their FOP leadership.
