Steak Chili with black bean and corn. I also add some cilantro.

I work out of my home, so I usually cook dinner while my wife is getting our son from daycare. Hell, I usually cook darn near every meal we eat at home.

I like to stock up ... hate going to the store so I kinda buy a case or two of stuff at a time when I catch it on sale. GC is not feeling too good and wanted some hot chocolate. He says Man, I wish we had some hot choc but I don't feel like going to the store ... I went to the back room and pulled out a big old box I bought at Sam's last winter. (Don't tell GC but there are two other boxes still back there!! LOL)
