What controlled hunts did everyone put in for?

I'm hoping that in my lifetime I will draw in for Elk on the wildlife refuge, and I put in for deer on salt plains and Atoka.

What about you guys?

Ahhh come on. Dont be scared! No one has aske for the honey holes on said locations.....yet. Im sure somebody eill start that thread around july 10. I doubt I'll be lucky enough to be drawn this year.

Honestly can't remember exactly. I entered within 8 hours of the opening. But I assure you it was Bull Elk hunts, and Buck hunts.

Same here. The only either sex hunts I enter are antelope, and that's because there is no buck only hunt.

Thanks to my dad for the reminder or I would not have even put it my application this year. I've been so deep in my calc and physics book I hadn't even thought about hunting or the controlled hunts application.

Wow, thanks for the heads up. With everything going on around my family this year I had forgotten all about it.....Now to answer you question.....Bull elk and buck at Witchita mountains..

I can't put in for elk and antelope any more...I put in for deer at Salt Plains, Deep Fork, Sequoyah, and Tishomingo. All doe hunts. I've been drawn at sequoyah multiple times, if you just want deer meat, it's awesome. Huge bucks down there too, but adults can't shoot'em.

None, first time in a long time too.
Got to much time and $ tied up in leases out west plus the Mexico lease to spend time anywhere else. Only got so much vacation time and that's all getting spent out the boarder.
