Ended up making dedicated work benches for reloading and watchmaking. No longer sharing work space.

Added a few monitors to the watchmaking bench that will allow me to make sure that my photos and video are properly framed and in focus.

Still working on the loading bench. Mounted the Forster Co-Ax next to the Dillon & Lee APP. I think I’m going to like this new set up.

Started sorting through my 5 gallon bucket of brass finally. 3 or 4 trips made it heavy enough that I needed to get around to sorting through it.

I guess I picked up some 45-70 brass I forgot about and around 40 pieces of 6.5cm. Also some brass for a 6.5 Carcano. I don’t own either of these calibers. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Goal today was to separate Lake City .223/5.56 from other headstamps of .223/5.56… I’m going to upgrade my Fat Fifty ammo can full of Lake City 5.56 to a dedicated 5 gallon bucket after I get done with sorting through this bucket full. Really need to get around to loading up some .223 someday…

Oh man, it’s starts with just one five gallon bucket…. Then a short time later you realize that you have at least one bucket for cleaned caliber specific brass and one for dirty! Then you realize that you have one each for 9,40,45,223,38sp. Then you realize you have a problem!

That’s actually my goal! Haha! I’m a brass goblin, man. In the Fall/Winter months When I go to the range I have just as much fun picking up brass as I do shooting sometimes.

Summer… eh.. not so much.

I shot the 44spl today that I loaded yesterday. It performed as expected at 50 at 100 yards. So I loaded another 170 rounds. Now I’m out of brass. I guess I gotta find more. That or trim some magnum brass down. Then the chain of consumption moves down and a guy is out of primers. I can see where this is going. I just keep telling myself it will be fine. Lol
