I stepped into the room today and placed 5 boxes of new bullets on the bench.
110 V-Max 30 cal.
And beside that a New Box of CCI 400's

Yea I gave in and paid the big money for them.
$80+ tax.
I do not seem them going much lower.
Be nice if they would though.

Have you looked at the blem bullets on Midway? I’m pretty sure they have or have had those bullets for cheap.

I have got those blems and still have some 70 or 75 gr .243 ones in the blue box

I see the blems they had were 24.49 but out of stock and I paid 29.29 local.
Midway wants 36.99 for non blems and out of stock.

Man things just aren't cheap anymore.

Finished loading the last of the 178 gr 308’s I will need for a while. Now I’ll be loading up some more 300 HAM’R and also going to have to stock up on some 10mm, as well as some 45 Colt.

I took the crimp out of around 150 rds. of 5.56mm. I then sorted out another 1500 rds. of 5.56mm by length for trimming.

Got tired of cleaning up brass shavings so made this little setup. Plastic tray pops out easily to dump in the trash.

Yesterday and today, I finished up trimming close to 2000 rds. of 300 Blackout brass and got about 400 rds. of that chamfered.

40rnds of 6.5 Grendel.
20 with 129gr Hornady interlock over 26.5gr of AR Comp and 20 123gr SST over 27gr of IMR 8208.

I’ve been playing around with a 308 pig load using 170 gr Corelokt 30/30 bullets and 43 grains of Varget, and they shoot really well. Now I need to try them on a pig.
