I don't play with loads a lot personally, as most of my guns shoot my initial loads well enough to suit me for hunting...but I have always heard that most guns have a slower velocity node, and then a higher velocity/accuracy node. I have had good luck going with middle road loads (i.e. 40-44 gr charge range, load 42 and start shooting), but I don't always do that. I have quite a bit of BLC2 so I'll probably try that first...

The new 110 grain 30 cal blem bullets got here today, and I just cobbled together a few loads to see if they print the same as the others. They definitely do.

Loaded up 30 rounds of 308 Win for my wife's rifle last night, 150 gr Hornady SP over BLC2. Bet they'll kill deer just fine!
