Another (and last) military retiree, it's old home week here, hardest used folder of career, this Swede Eka immensely popular with the SAS, Royal Marines, and we noticed and carried them, too, a folder up to true survival chores including batoning, very tough Swedish stainless, excellent blade shape for most any work. Immensely strong tail lock requiring holding in fist with lock tail lanyard ring up and pressing fwd with thumb to unlock blade. Second shot to bring out blade contour better, WARNING! lighter for scale, ONLY, and smoking will make your pee-pee fall off.

That EKA is one I want to add too my collection. I have a thing for knives from Scandinavia. Just don’t have a folder.
It's hard to find a presentable one, as everyone knew how tough they were and used them HARD.
Eka later sold some with kratonish and bubinga handles, far easier to find them, look up Swede 92, even though they and Eka now seem defunkt.
This one of the old Normark branded ones with nylon scales. The old were 4.2oz, the later wood 4.6oz and the rubber 4.8oz, only very slightly heavier, but also both latter thicker towards tip.
