I'd like to be really crass about this man's injuries, but I don't know that what she said isn't true. Who knows. Regardless, the group as a whole are the ones responsible for the man's injuries... the RR driver seems to me to be in the right in trying to get away and protect his family. The grieving wife needs to be bitching at his riding buddies, although it appears she wants to pass the blame on the SUV driver.

Lawyers to help the cyclists bring civil suits against the guy in the vehicle.
Lawyers to help the guy in the vehicle defend himself against the civil suit and perhaps against some criminal charges.
