Wow! lol you are old if you can remember that! I was in Looboyle's when Reagan was shot. Everyone in the store was glued to the TV watching the coverage. It was a good store though for sure.

I miss that store!!!

But not THAT old. But I do remember 'ol Mack Creager.

Sports World takes the cookie IMO for selection and prices. I think they are better with their customer service then they used to be as well. Dongs has the best reloading stuff and prices on it decent. Like others said, I will go out on a limb and say they are a bunch of *&^*()(&&((&*&^'s when it comes to how you are treated. Go in knowing what you want, hand over your money and flee for your lives to Sports World, lol. Sooner Gun seems to be decent, just smallish and tactical.

Dongs has the best selection in town.
The prices are not tooooo bad.
Just remember when coming in the door you are considered an idiot.
And those coming in the door, consider those behind the counter to be a-holes.
Remember this and act accordingly and you will be fine.

Ole man was cool & the big guy was not to bad, but the guy that works
on gun's WELL enough said.

Why is it most gun shops are that way?They love to take your money but
they act as they don't want to be there.

im lucky both of the shops in mcalester carry a lot of reloading supplies and i mail order the rest..

Try going just a little north of Tulsa to Collinsville and give Medlock's a try. Good prices and great people to deal with!

OK we all know the only folks that got reloading supplies are Dongs and Bill's in Claremore. Dong's can be a PITA with the highest prices in this area... Bill's also has a good selection of reloading supplies, but only if you've got an afternoon to drive to Claremore, shop and back.

one of the best places to purchase used guns is Second Hand Rose Pawn Shop on 3rd street between Lewis and Utica.

they also handle new CZ, S&W, Taurus, Ruger, etc.
Second Hand Rose has a large inventory of New CZ in stock, possibly the largest in Tulsa. folks there are very knowledgeable and friendly to boot.
