Where to post ad for jobs in Tulsa?

My wife's company is looking to hire some licensed real estate sales associates and has run an ad in the Tulsa World but hasnt got the response she was hoping for.

Are there places online she should post an ad? I have been self employed for so long I dont know where people go to find jobs.

Newspaper is The worst place to advertise anything... Actual demographics put the bulk of subscribers either on a career path already, or more likely retired. It's a moot media.

Internet is where is at.

Craigslist is a start.

had a pretty sketchy contractor, Chris Lewis, (TTown Painting) hire me off there last week.
things he was saying didn't add up so I bailed after 45 mins.
looked at his oscn and he had multiple felonies and misdemeanors for all types of fraud and a conviction for SexBC child abuse.
not sure what the SexBC means but I saw all I needed to see.

If you post on craigslist you will get a lot of spam and TONS and TONS of unqualified and undesirable candidates. Before posting on craigslist make sure that you use something other then your primary email account so when you take the job posting down, you won't be continuously spammed.

Her company is primarily leasing and property management. But I know that she has had sales associates that have done home sales too. Forgive me if my description is not exact. I can get more info from her. I just didnt even know where to tell her to place ads.
