heres a little story for ya.
maybe 25 or so years ago, a friend of mine and his brother inherited some money.

the brother invested in the stock market, bought some land in town, and put in a GM dealership.

the crazy brother, (my friend) bought cows, guns, and handmade/collectible bits and spurs. all of which he bought, sold, replaced, and improved when the market favored him.

the first brother's investments became worthless, his dealership got the axe in the bailout, and he was bankrupted.

my friend has done very well for himself

Yes and many of them are incorrect. Word is that a lot of foreclosed properties may have to be returned because the paper work is wrong. Can you imagine what kind of mess that could be?

I see a lot of lawyers getting rich ... Class action suits are bound to come outta this mess ... especially suits filed for persons who have already lost their homes since the housing market crashed.
