S&W 340PD for CCW .. didn't care for stock sights or big dot or tritium... not bright enough.
wanted fiber optic for max brightness, but open fiber optic rods were no where near durable enough. HiViz offered the best solution with encapsulated fiber optic sights, but no 340PD listing.
solution ... took a HiViz encapsulated fiber optic sight, grafted it to 340PD. then very carefully drilled tiny hole for pin.
pic is after two years of CCW duties and hundreds of rounds .. very rugged setup!
