Yes, on day 65. Their response was it takes 40-60 days, and that they recieved my packet on 10/31. I politely responded that it was beyond their 60 day window. She responded back that it should be here shortly and to email back in two to three weeks if not, I did that Monday, still awaiting a reply, that was my 4th email, 3 outside their 60 day window, plus one more around 50 days.
Looks like Gov Fallin has applied for her concealed carry permit. Lets see if she gets her permit in the 90-120 day range...

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin says she has applied for a concealed carry permit because she and her husband have handguns.
Gov. Mary Fallin may soon be packing heat. The governor says she has applied for a permit to allow her to carry a concealed handgun.
Fallin, who has armed troopers assigned to provide security for her, said she decided to get a concealed gun permit because she and her husband have handguns.
It's good for my own personal safety to be able to carry if I choose to do that, she said. From a private citizen's standpoint, it's a matter of personal safety to be able to carry if a person chooses to do that. It may be right for some; it may not be right for others.
Even with a concealed carry permit, guns are forbidden in many places in Oklahoma, including the state Capitol building.
A record number of Oklahomans have been applying for concealed carry permits.
Nearly, 40,000 people applied for such a permit in 2012.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago asking about the status of mine. Got a response today (109 days after the received my app) that I was approved and should receive my permit by mail in the next 2 to 3 weeks. My 30 day grace period expired on Jan 3rd.
OSBI charged our credit card on 11/21, so now I am hoping for 60 days from date the $$ was charged!

Got my new permit in the mail today. Was 107 days from the day they received my app. (I was wrong in the previous post)
