who makes this 1911

Who made the 1911 micro that had no sights just a groove? I think it was Kimber but for the life of me cant remember.

Well yes thats what im going for but this came out a few years ago by Kimber or Para, but i think they stopped producing it cause i cant find it on any of their websites.

Kimber does argueably make the best 1911, but if you want one for carry, consider the glock 30 SF, it rocks, and 10 rounds, and 13 in the back-up Mag.

I'm not sure what world you're exposed to but Kimber is far from the end all be all 1911. The Colt Officer platform is relatively proven amongst 3" guns and that's saying something because they ALL are hit or miss.

The G30SF is not even comparable to micro 1911s in carry though, as an owner of both. Great gun to be sure, but it doesn't conceal near as well.
