Who makes this lower?

I've been thinking about building an AR and recently came across a lower that I would like to find out about. It was a billet lower with a skelotonized-like trigger guard. The trigger guard was thicker and had holes cross drilled from one side to the other, the only one I've ever seen like it. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Yes, that's it. I'd looked at Rainier, but I guess not closely enough. That's a sweet looking reciever. Thanks for hunting it down.
