Does any one know where to have a wild hog processed?
I have always cut up my own. Out here in western oklahoma the butcher shop will do it, but he waits till its the last thing of the day.
I do it myself. It is simple. You can't go wrong just try and be happy with what you get.
The local processors around Ponca won't process them.
