I just received the Wilderness Instructor Belt. WOW it is really well made. My question is how do you handle the velcro "tail" at the end? Do you slip it through the few belt loops (making those loops hold two layers of belt) OR do you just place the tail over the loops and just let the velcro grab whever it can? Thanks.

Over the loops. It allows for easier adjustment as the day goes on if the belt gets too loose or tight.

After a few years of in and out of belt loops the velcro will wear out,I sent mine back with shipping prepaid and they replaced the velcro for me. Good customer service.

I go over the belt loops on my 5.11 Operator belt. I also go over the clip on my holster when I carry appendix, which helps to conceal the clip. I've never had any problems with the velcro holding. As stated above, it also allows quick adjustments for buffet swell.
