I think this shirts message is one of those where punctuation is important. Add a comma before "Man" and the sentence becomes much more understandable and less prone to misinterpretation...

I think it's hilarious and I think it's poking fun at these types, but the shirt itself would be a hoot to wear here in OK. I think a lot of people here would see the humor or even think it wasn't a joke and agree with it.
