WTF is it?!!??! (bug of some kind)

Hi all! Found this little "thing" at the office this morning. Never seen such a weird little thing. It crawled on its back not using the few sets of legs it has, pooped a lot of small "beans", and would curl over and try to pinch anything that messed with it. Any ideas what it is?
