seriously? How have you not seen one of those in Oklahoma yet!? That theres a grub worm....I spent several hours as a youngling playing with them.

tmotulsa, to detect what type of insect you have you need to do some offical investigating.
1.Take stated insect in hand, open mouth, place insect in mouth, chew. If and only if stated insect has a somewhat delectable, buttery, foie gras flavor....it is not a grub worm per se, it would be more of a Green June Beetle.
2. If you want to find out if its a Brown Beetle/Grub worm. Stick out tounge, place insect level with your tounge, place insect's mandibles(jaws) upon your tounge. If and only if insect proceeds to bite tounge will you know its a brown beetle.
