The property taxes are set by the County
Taxes suck.

You've obviously never stopped at a Buc-ees to this point. Think QuikTrip meets Trader Joe's and decided to upsize its footprint to 68,000 square feet, install 60 fuel pumps, 1,000 parking spaces, and put it next to the busiest Interstate highways you can find. Massive restroom facilities with a full-time staff continuously cleaning them, not just "every hour", but in real-time. My wife times her bathroom stops to a Buc-ees when we travel through Texas. It's crazy.
