When you go to eat a late lunch at 2pm and the place is closing down for the day because they ran out of most food.
The "Big Town" has a 4 way stop sign on a post welded to a truck rim that one of the 3 cops would roll out on the main street intersection at 7am and another cop would roll back to the side of the road at 7pm.

ByrdC130 I know what you mean!!!!! I graduated with 16 people in my class. And every boy that was old enough to drive had a gun in the truck or car. And no one thought twice about it!!! Yes that was 20 years ago, but.......
Graduated in '78 from Macomb HS. 18 was the most for several years in my class.
My Elementary school in California had a TOTAL of 55 kids. That's grades K through 6. About 8 kids per grade.
The local police department calls your wife to see if you have any family visiting from out of town because they have a car stuck in the snow from Colorado that is registered in the same last name as yours and the the other Stanley's are out of town (my parents). They wanted to see if we wanted to come get it before they had it towed. This happened the day after Christmas here.
