I just got back from a trip to my ranch in Hughes Co.....A China group purchased an 80ac farm a couple of miles from me and the last time I was down there (a couple of weeks ago) they were putting up a grow house. Now there are 6 grow houses....When I drove by they were all sitting out by the road under a tree having breakfast....I waved at them and they just stared at me.....very unsettling....

My question is always why do they always confiscate all the guns for just being charged, Oh yea, it was that sweet Browning Superposed someone wanted for his kid. Ok they are growing pot and not paying taxes or whatever. What does that have to do with a mans guns, or any of other of his possesions?

I was charged with a crime once and they decided they wanted my pistol. They said I was not getting it back and it would be auctioned. The incident had nothing to do with the pistol it was just in my possession.

Nope was found not guilty but had to hire a lawyer to get it back.

Cost me and them more that the pistol was worth with 2 court dates but I had to show them they are not just going to pull a takings one me. My friend in the Navy gave me that pistol and it wasn't going to happen. Principles

I think it’s a violation of the fourth amendment. They have no right to take property from someone unless it’s involved in the crime. If not then it should not be touched. Just more of our rights that are violated. But since when does the police and government care about the constitution?

I have seen so many pot farms popping up everywhere. I drive all around for my job so I see another of towns. They are literally everywhere. I would lay money on it that 95% of them are Chinese. There is one in Wewoka that opened up a whole back and a couple of the cars out front had New York tags. That’s the last thing we need is a bunch of leftists coming in. One of my coworkers works out of our Paul’s Valley office and she covers from there all the way down to texhoma. She said Chinese are buying up land all around there. I truly believe we are being infiltrated. Just another problem we have in this nation.

We have been letting the Chinese buy up our real estate and land for years now... very unfortunate that we don't lift up our own citizens to become owners of property. Instead we sell it to communists because "won't be here long enough to be my problem". It would be a sobering map to the real American's that showed the percent of property owned by citizens vs foreign companies / nationals.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. It shouldn’t be allowed. Chinese shouldn’t be able to buy squat here unless they are an American citizen. I know there are tons of businesses owned by China. If people only knew.

Authorities Seize More Than $17 Million In Illegal Marijuana From Lincoln Co. Property

LINCOLN COUNTY, Oklahoma - Law enforcement officers busted an illegal grow operation in rural Lincoln County Tuesday morning estimated to have more than $17 million in product.
The special operations team operating under Allan Grubb, the district attorney for Lincoln and Pottawatomie Counties, arrested the property owner, Sai Ying Lin on charges of marijuana cultivation and operating a dwelling containing drugs.

“We are trying to eradicate the illegal spread of the marijuana industry in Oklahoma,” Grubb said. “Illegal activity breeds illegal activity.”

Eighty-two grow houses, each containing hundreds of plants, were cleaned out on the 10-acre property. Grubb said there were easily thousands of plants being grown by more than 20 workers.

“There’s no checks and balances to make sure that what the consumer is buying is a safe, clean product. The only way this can be sold is on the black market,” he said.

Lin was taken into custody without incident, and the workers were let go. A small housing unit with eight bedrooms was located on the back end of the property.

“We know it’s a sad state of affairs that these workers were forced to live in,” Grubb said.

Grubb said the group operating the grow houses was Chinese.

The special operations team, funded by the Lincoln and Pottawatomie County Commissions, is focused on illegal marijuana grow operations. Grubb said Tuesday’s bust likely does not make a dent in the overall illegal market in the state.

“We’re just trying to enforce the law and we’re trying to help the legal growers,” Grubb said. “I don’t think anyone in the state of Oklahoma can give anybody a real estimate on the scope of the illegal industry in Oklahoma.”

All of the local growers should be furious at these chinese ops because it makes the entire industry look bad. Doubt any of them will speak up about it though.

I just got back from another 3 days at my ranch and the # of grow houses is now up to 12.....it looks like they are putting up more..........
