Man this judge is something else. She's evidently transcribed the entire trial, at least the detail of her notes would indicate that. She's digging deep to exclude this animation and this guy's work has never been booted before.

So will they show animation to the jury tomorrow?
Jeeze Louise! How many freaking days does this judge need?! She said she needs to read caselaw. She'll rule on the animation in the morning. 
I'm thinking that she will only allow in in closing arguments, if that. She seemed extremely reluctant to let the jury have it in deliberations to "play it over and over again".

BroMalik will not riot, because he probably has a CCL and does not want to risk losing it. Then he would be unable to defend either himself or his family with a handgun.
I'm not gonna "riot" exactly, but I've got my eye on one of them flat screen TVs. I may drive to Altus and pick one of them up. Loot a little. No big whoop.

The Judge recessed the court and walked out with them hammering her with questions on scheduling, rounding up witnesses at 10:00PM for tomorrow, etc. because the state lied and were jacking with things during discovery and apparently still are! They were clearly frustrated and made it clear. O'mara's "helper" was arguing and threw up his arms. Literally. I've never even heard of such antics. JB where you at? This stuff normal?

Go to about the 12:00 mark. That's where it gets good. For the whole context you're going to have to watch a whole lot more than just this video, but Don West is 1000% justified in the way he feels, they are having to fight the state and the court because they are on the same team!
