Judge FatAss put GZ under oath and asked if he had decided to testify or not. DW objected, she said overruled and continued. DW objected about 4 times, maybe more, and the judge loudly said OVERRULED each time. Problem here is that the defense hasn't called all their witnesses, so their case isn't finished. She's a willing participant in the prosecution. She's "telegraphing" to the state what the defense is going to do! She needs to be thrown out of the courthouse and have her fat ass thrown in the street.

Not allowing the defense to utilize an animation video of their claim on the sequence of events bothers me a great deal.
I have seen it utilized several times by the prosecution on trials that get TV coverage so the prosecution's claim that it has no place in the courtroom is completely bogus and incorrect.

The problem appears to be that the prosecution doesn't have any substantial disagreement with the defense event timeline and so doesn't want the jury to see something that undercuts their prosecution.

The sad part is that the judge does seem to be favoring the desires of the prosecution pretty heavily.
Maybe there is some legal reason for doing it that way that us non-lawyer types don't understand or maybe the judge is just being blatant in her personal bias.

Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained documents proving that the Department of Justice played a major behind-the-scenes role in organizing protests against George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is on trial for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in February 2012.

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the DOJ on April 24, 2012. According to the documents JW received, a little-known DOJ unit called the Community Relations Service deployed to Sanford, FL, to organize and manage rallies against Zimmerman.

This and even more impeachable offenses are being ignored. It lends credence to the possibility that the Obama administration is bribing and/or blackmailing congressmen and judges using NSA obtained communications. It's the Chicago way!

Wait till the black/Latino riots go off against each other, it'll get messy quick. Last I checked Latino gangs were FAR more brutal than black gangs as well as outnumbering them. This administration & the media are both playing cards which could lead to a big outburst of racial rioting. It's almost like watching as movie as it all unfolds. I say I'm never surprised anymore when I turn on the news, but this case is about the most blatant racially motivated case I can remember & Obama is attempting to drive the bus right off the cliff.
