Here, but occasionally There.
In this day and age of consumerism and the constant parade of stories of how one business or another "took advantage" of their customers, it is good to hear a story of the business that REALLY serves their customers.

A friend and co-worker traded vehicles at Diffee Ford in El Reno recently, dealing with one of the salesmen that is of the Diffee family.

After all was done in the trading and it was a done deal with my friend leaving with the vehicle, they later received a call from the dealership. They explained to him that they had MISSED an additional incentive for which he was eligible.

Since the deal was already done and the paperwork finished, Diffee Ford simply sent him a check for the amount of the incentive.

This does NOT come as a surprise to me. My family has been dealing with Diffee Ford for quite a few years. So, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, they are good folks.

Having recently just bought a new Dodge - I know the BS that dealerships try to do to make you NOT get the discounts - +1 for Diffee if I ever need a Ford I know where I am going...

Any good Dodge dealerships in the metro? I'm in the market for a new Jeep and Bob Moore and David Stanley seem to be the best rated.. But that sucks, considering their average rating on Google is 2 1/2 out of 5 stars, but that's still better than the 1-2 star average rating for the rest.

And I've never dealt with Diffee, but for any new Chevy buyers or used shoppers south of the metro, I highly recommend Knipplemier. Good people down there.

I've bought two dodges in the last several years and interestingly enough I ended up buying at AutoMax in Shawnee.
Best price and least BS. Who'd a thunk it?
But of course it's been a couple years since I did so they could be a bunch of azzhats by now.

I bought my Dodge at Meador in Ft. Worth.

I called and said what can I get this truck for - they gave me the best price - when I got down there the paperwork was written up - the price was 100% what they had quoted me - I was in and out in no time - Great guys and will 100% do business with them again - no haggling just gave me the best price up front.

Diffee is a great local dealer. My wife and I bought her Escape from them and they are straight up with you and no BS. By the way, they have a huge selection of used vehicles too.

People looking for a Dodge, check out Melton Dodge in Claremore. My dad bought his Cummins from them a few years ago. He did everything over the phone and had the lowest price around. I drove him out there to pick it up and we might have been there for 30-45 minutes at most.

Battison out in Duncan is the ONLY place to go!!! We dealt with every dealer in OKC, Tulsa, and Lawton. I will spare the details, but one encounter involved us turning around driving 100 miles extra to find out they lied and changed their story when we arrived.
It also involved me physically throwing a stumpy little smuck of a "manager" through a door and part of a window....

Battison, was straight up, honest, fast, and did all they could to make us happy. Not to mention $1,800 lower than our best offer in OKC.
