That seems like a blanket statement to me. No where in there do I see you asking for other peoples experiences. You still did not answer the first part, or second for that matter, of my question. My suggestion is to go to a range, talk with people, and you will see that people who own guns are just like everyone else.

There are 3 question marks. People that go to gun ranges regularly are enthusiasts. I was just refering to random owners. You are right about the enthusiasts...that is exactly what I have encountered. I don't go to ranges anymore because I have a better one at home but when I met with members of the ak47 and FAL clubs everyone was non aggressive. One thing is certain. The actions of a few in this thread have answered my question! Making snide derrogatory comments and twisting the question into an acusation is the definition of "passive aggressive". So it appears that about 50% of gun owners that responded is the correct percentage since BadgeBunnys post whoring and antics was over half of it. That's really not fair to other gun owners though since aggressive gun owners were more likely to reply.

It was the way you said it in the context that made it into a statement, no matter what punctuation you put there. Good to hear you have encountered the good ones. But, you can't say "gun owners are angry" just because you know angry people that own guns. I know angry people that do not own guns, so does that mean that non gun owners are angry and "passive-aggressive"? Nope. All types of people own all types of things. Now, if I said since you paint the ceiling fans, hinges, fausets, door knobs, etc. and pass them off as new hardware that you are a con-artist, dishonest, deceitful (spelling) low-life just like all house flippers, would that seem fair to you? It's not, because not all house flippers "fake" their way through a sale.:coffee2:

It's all about the Golden Rule. I did my house the exact same way 3 years ago. So far the most used tub faucet has been the only thing needing any touch up and I think that was due to bad prep. Maybe my next thread will be "Jumping to conclusions without considering any evidence, is it a gun owner thing?"
