What do you want to do for a living? I'm a recent college grad and I can honestly say it is NOT easy finding a job in today's job market. A college degree is the equivalent of a high school diploma anymore. IMO the new college degree is your masters, if you don't plan to get your masters REALLY THINK HARD ABOUT WHAT YOUR UNDERGRAD IS IN. What degree are you getting?

Ponca is not a bad place to live at all. Its a pretty nice town once you get past the smell of the refinery. Like Dennis said you are close to alot of good fishing and public hunting land. My parents live NW of Newkirk and Im up there hunting and fishing all the time. Ill be more than glad to turn you on to some good farm ponds

There is also the University Learning Center in Ponca. They offer degrees from just about every college in OK. May be worth checking into to save some time and money driving back and forth to OSU

Wow, I feel dumb now. How did I not know this existed. I just looked into it and I could get my bachelor's completely in Ponca from Northwestern. Jeez. I'm still going to keep OSU as an option tho, until I can confirm the situation with the UC.
