If you're OK buying a lower / upper separately, I'd recommend building a lower or buying a lower from Cold Hand Arms and then ordering a complete forged upper from Loki Weapon Systems and have it shipped directly to you. They are also an Oklahoma company and build great AR rifles.

I've always been told they won't price match nor will they negotiate their marked price. I've tried to bargain many times with no luck.
