Well In my case they were always hungry at same time. Diaper change same time ect ect. It's really hard first 6 to 9 month's. After that it gets easier. They will always have a playmate if your worn out. I'm guessing from pics yours are not identical?
Edit: oh yeah I asked why the double image on ultrasound. After the doc''s response I passed out.

He said they could be identical, as it's possible they could have split early, but it may come down to DNA testing to find out.

I was going off the pic. It's been 10 year's since mine and I'm no expert by far but it looked from pic they are in different sac's or whatever they call them. Congrats and hope you can live off naps and lack of sleep for firsf year. It's worth it in the end.
