Not all overweight kids are that way because of too much candy. . . This equates to an adult bullying a child if you ask me.

Plus, the horrible grammar in her letter would suggest that she lacks the education to make a professional diagnosis on obesity. Perhaps the kids should hand her a letter saying that they'll hand out Hooked on Phonics books if she decides to do a little trick or treating herself.

If you don't want to partake in promoting unhealthy eating habits, then hand out healthy treats, stickers, or temporary tattoos.
