What did the cop do that was so terrible? The girl, it seems was not complying with anyone in authority, including the teachers administrators and finally the cop. When a person stubbornly refuses to comply with LE, what else can they do but resort to physical force?

It seems from what I have seen that fault lies with the bratty defiant girl and not the cop.

Sorry, but the girl is not the victim that some are trying to make her out to be here.

the sheriff requested the federal investigation, and doesn't think race was involved, since the now-fired thug has been dating a black woman for some time.

The officer in this case was not a thug; he was simply doing his job.

What means did he have to get her to comply since verbal commands did not seem to work?

his boss seems to disagree with you. throwing a teenage girl, who isn't a threat, is out of line, thuggish behavior.

His boss is a politician. I imagine that a lot of pressure was brought on him to fire the deputy. You have yet to answer the question I asked before: how are the police supposed to handle someone who is non-compliant? At some point you have to use force.

How would you have removed her from the room henschman?

That's not answering the question. How would you have handled the same situation where the young girl would not get out of her chair and leave the room when ordered to by the teacher, principle and finally the resource officer?

If a person can condemn another for their actions that resulted in no injury, they must have an alternative plan to resolve the same situation.

Whats yours?

You guys are serious... you really can't think of any other way for a 250 lb. man to get an 85 lb. schoolgirl out of a chair and down to the principal's office than ^^^ whatever you call that ****. What about, say, grabbing her by the arm and dragging her out of the chair and down to the office, like teachers would do back when I was in school? Really I think it is ridiculous that neither the teacher or the principal felt like they could handle this situation and had to resort to calling the cop. My mom is a schoolteacher. She is 65 years old and probably 120 lbs. she has dragged kids a lot bigger than that down to the principal's office. But then again she conducts herself like a professional, is capable of disciplining kids without losing control of her emotions, doesn't do 'roids or amphetamines, and doesn't own any Tapout or Affliction shirts.

This is why Librarians are not electable, If cops are removed or constrained where you do business, anarchy would prevail.
What's your beef with librarians? Were you violently shushed as a child?

He didn't lose control or lose his temper. He did his job and removed her from the classroom. That's what we pay these people to do. Just like defense attorneys that are paid to defend pond scum sucking, baby rapists. It's just a job. You get paid to do what you're supposed to do.

If you can't or don't want to do the job maybe you should think about selling shoes at Dillard's.

Yes, he was in complete control of himself... once he decided whether he wanted to throw her for a third time, or put her in handcuffs. Hey, I understand how you could get a little excited... really I do. It's not every day you get a chance to practice your sweet MMA moves in real life, even if it's just on a little girl. Dillard's is a good idea now that the guy has been fired... but then again I'm sure there is a $h!tty small town PD somewhere that will hire him. At least that's the usual drill.
