Working all the hours I could prior to retiring I wasn't getting much use out of my Gold Wing so I sold it around 2011 figuring that I'd purchase a new bike after I retired and have all the time in the world to ride it........I already had the bike I wanted in mind, a black Indian Road Master.

So I retired in April 2015 and ran the purchase by mama and with her knowing how I like to roll fast on a bike (speed limits are for the other guy ) without even pausing a second she said, "Ain't No Way Jose !".

We compromised........

Have 68K on my Goldwing now. Bought it new in '07. Used to take 3-week trips every year. Been to CA twice, Key West, Big Bend-TX, Canada, all over AR. been in most of the National Parks west of the Mississippi. Don't travel far much now but would not have traded the experience for anything. The best way to experience the country is on a motorcycle. I spent a lot of $$ to try and make it as safe as possible. My BEST add-on was the modulated headlights that have saved my life several times and got me pulled over by highway patrol in Florida LOL

My first bike in high school.

69 Yamaha 175 Enduro Mine had an expansion chamber, knobbies, and a 14 tooth front and a 70 tooth rear for trials and climbing the cliffs at Draper. I got tired of replacing the factory tail light so I installed a trials bike tail light. I still have the old lens.

All of this stuff is for sale.

My second and last bike.

81 Yamaha Virago XV750 Mine had a small fairing. I liked the shaft drive a lot.

Had one of those, bought new in '74 I think it was. My Dad wanted to know why I didn't get a Harley ($100 cheaper for sportster) I told him when I looked at them and they had a drip pan under the Harley on the showroom floor I wasn't interested. Just sold my Fatboy a few weeks ago.

I used to have an 81 Virago as well! Big fan of the shaft drive.
