I’m officially on the board with a nice doe this morning. Forgot to take a picture before I field dressed her. She got a little payback because she went through a big briar patch and that was a horrible drag but I kept reminding myself how good those backstraps are going to taste.

I completely understand those who let does pass and want to wait for a nice rack to mount but I never was one to hold out for horns........buck or doe I always took the first legal deer that came by.
