Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet! So have you made a decision of taking off the expanded metal in front of the lights or leaving it?

I think I'm going to leave the mesh on and just build mounts for the lighting to attach from behind. Honestly, I plan to build new front and rear bumpers for the burban in the near future and will be using this grill on a restore project I have planned (80 Chevy c10).

I think I'm going to go with bilstein 5100 quads in the front and singles in the rear. Now I just need to piece together the rest of my lift. Any suggestions on decently priced 4" leaf springs?

Cannot go wrong with Bilstein on anything. I have loved em on all my Dodge Cummins Trucks, and that motor is heavy, heavy. They hold up better than anything I have tried. Skyjacker has reasonable lifts.

I think I'm going to go with the 5100 but still haven't decided who to go with for my 4" leafs. Once its lifted I think I'm going to have to go with a slightly larger tire and rim (16x10 / 35x12.5)

Burbs are big rigs. I would go with the 6" myself, if I planned on working it hard. If it was mostly a cruiser, then I would go with 4". I ran a 12" spring lift with a 3 inch body lift on a 1979 Burb that we made a mud truck out of.
