Was going to do that anyway just to be safe. But since thatll take a bit of work might as well use the cleaner also and really get it good.
I used to use the cheap dollar store oven cleaner on my cars to break up the grease and oil before power washing. I would let the engine warm up and spray it on and let it sit a while, then wash it off. Be careful not to get it on any paint on the body.
