It's white,96, regular cab, long bed, 4x4, 302 auto. 161k miles. 4r70w transmission that was rebuilt about 15k miles ago. New battery. Fresh oil. New back glass. 4r70w is Known for being a good transmission. Power windows work great. Fresh tag and clean title. Next I'm doing door handle and window sweeps and all fluids. With a little more tlc on little things wouldn't be surprised if it goes the distance. It's a lot cleaner now but this is when I got it. It's in decent shape all and all. If you're really interested send me a pm and we can talk about it. I'll make you a better deal than you'll get from anyone else. I would sell my 90 also if a buyer fell in my lap but I probably won't ever list it.Post up some pictures of this rig when you get a chance.
I've been saving up my spare change to get an old pickup of some sort. I don't know if I'll ever find one I can afford so I have to live vicariously through you guy's truck projects.
I don't know anyone with the attention span or time to even lend a hand anymore. Some of my best days were helping a friend work on his 83 Toyota 4x4. Out in his dad's shop from Friday at 5 till time to go to work Monday. It's this generation. Very few like tinkering. There's always a party or sporting event to go to or something to look at on the phone.

I used to have an 1800' shop with a 10.000 lb, 2 post lift and id spend so many hours in it. Dad said that maybe why I'm divorced lol. But the ex had her space in it for doing crafts and such so it was usually a family event with us and my step son. He helped me swap a diesel engine once with the cab up in the air. He did his own oil changes too. I sure miss that shop.

Man, that sounds amazing. I would have been over there 2 weekends a month at least just to learn something and lend a hand. Used to know a guy 25 years ago that owns a Honda shop in Tulsa. He was a member here for awhile. Great guy. Guess he's getting old now. Would always go over there to watch him work and learn something right after work. I'm like a sponge. If you know something, I want to know it too. Also the land cruiser specialist in OKC. Would hang around there a bit because he liked talking about the work.
Man you weren't messing around. I gotta research 10 hours to do a one hour job. But I hate making mistakes. Also why I don't let other people work on my stuff. I know I'm more careful and get the details right. The work I have seen from shops lately, even the dealer is just atrocious.
