Yes, they did move , but I had already tapered off by then. He also had a problem with the state due to "HGH" and steroid use at the gym by the body builders. I do not make any judgements about what people put in their bodies. I worked out raw without knee and back wraps..only wrist wraps and took only protein supplements. At the gym , the common expression was that a standard engine can't compete with one that is supercharged...which was true if you were into huge muscle growth.
