I assume they don't know, which is why they took pains to specify in each case whether or not a conviction has been reached. I don't agree with the site's conclusions, but they aren't being dishonest by posting public information about criminal cases involving CCW holders. Everyone here knows that 99.9% of CCW holders are responsible citizens, but putting our fingers in our ears and going LALALALALA whenever a CCW holder does do something awful makes all gun owners look like cult members.
I'm sure that you all know about this site but check out http://www.crimestriketv.com/ if you have not already. They also have a facebook page where they posted a new "episode". Also, if someone can create a website to show the good things CCW does I'm in. I don't know how to make one but I will find credible accounts to be placed on one for all to see.
I did a search for news articles on several of the shooters listed on the site. With the exception of one, I couldn't find any mention of any of them being CCW holders in any of the numerous articles I read. As a matter of fact, some of them, had domestic abuse and/or protection orders on file for previous events when the shooting took place. Doesn't seem to credible of a site to me, but the left likes to use 'situational truth' anyways, so that isn't a problem for them.
