Wife just got a letter saying her prescription for one med has went from $40 for 10 pills to $210 for 10 because she is in the donut hole on her med scripts

Yeah, but we will see increases in our monthly Part D premium and higher costs to pay for each drug. "They" are going to get the money one way or another.
