Any boat people in here?

I was using something very similar to this. I tried a scotch type pad on the angle grinder first and that just heated and smeared the glue everywhere. The wire worked much better but it left a thin layer of glue on the panels.

Heat softened it. Try to heat it with a propane torch, and wipe off with a rag? dunno, just reading and thinking.

I'll have to check this out. Is it plywood safe? Do you think it would remove the adhesive that holds the plywood together?

With my luck, I wouldn't have a boat left after using a propane torch trying to remove the glue!

the reviews said it was safe on wood but plywood could be a different issue.

Dang I'm slow! I guess having a job is going to delay my priorities, I mean project.

I got the floor of the seating compartment finished last night. It really didn't take long, but finding spare time is an issue.

Covering the back deck was rough, but it is coming together nicely. Hopefully things will speed up now.

Stern deck is almost complete. One small starboard side cover to hide the rigging is all that is lacking.
