I figure Turkish shotguns are like Chinese guitars. If you buy a guitar that’s under $1000 in price, they are all made in one factory in China to the specs of the various brands. They’re all pretty decent for the price. You just can’t find an American-made guitar for less than $1500 nowadays. Maybe it works the same with Turkish shotguns.
Ok, finally finished setting up the Marlin, had to order some parts to mouth the scope I wanted on it. Yes a 50 looks a bit much, but I like the bigger field.

Decided to buy a 20ga o/u for the girls and I to play with. One of em shoots a pump and the other an auto right now. This one is mainly mine until they grow some. Has decent lookin wood and shoots where I look. Probably put 50 shells thru it this evening shooting clays. It took no learning. It’s always nice when a gun right out of the box hits where you look. It’s a CZ Quail 20ga. 28” barrels and weighs just a tick over 6 pounds. It was a new gun shopping experience. I stood outside the store and they brought me all the 20ga o/u’s they had. Lol

Nothing like a Surefire everyone else is fighting for second place. Was a big flashlight nut 15-20 years ago then the LEDs really changed things. Still through all the years Surefire is still on its own level. I have had one or two clicky switches break over the years. A quick call and a week or so later part is in my mailbox. Great service and amazing American craftsmanship.
Got my threaded barrel for my Glock 44.Now I just need more mags.
